Returns, Refund or Replacement Policy
At Rabric (A brand owned and operated by Rabric Retails Private Limited) your satisfaction is our priority. We follow transparent and customer-friendly return practices fully aligned with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020, and standard e-commerce norms applicable in Delhi, India.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day free return period from the date of delivery for eligible products.
Customers may request a return for:

Wrong or incorrect item delivered

Damaged or defective product

Size or fitting issues
-
Product not matching the description or images
To be eligible:

Product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered

All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

Any free gifts bundled with the product must also be returned
2. Automatic Return Authorization
At RABRIC, every return request submitted within the 7-day return window is automatically authorized—no manual approval required.

Once the return is applied for, our logistics partner will arrange a free doorstep pickup (serviceability dependent).

The return is considered initiated at the time of pickup by our logistics partner.

After pickup, the product undergoes a quality check (QC) at the hub/warehouse.
If the product does not pass QC (used, washed, damaged, missing tags), the return request may be rejected and the item will be sent back to the customer.
3. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories are not eligible for returns:

Lingerie, innerwear, swimwear

Bodysuits or shapewear
-
Earrings, beauty items, face masks

Items marked as Non-Returnable or Final Sale
4. Return Process
Step 1: Submit a Return Request
Return can be initiated through your RABRIC account page or by contacting customer support within 7 days of delivery.
Step 2: Pickup by Logistics Partner
We provide free pickup from your address. If pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to self-ship, and we will reimburse the courier charges as per our shipping reimbursement policy. The return is considered automatically authorized and initiated at the time of pickup by our logistics partner.
Step 3: Quality Check
The returned product will undergo quality inspection. Only products that meet eligibility criteria will qualify for a refund or exchange.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after the product passes QC.
Refund Modes:

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method

Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer
Refund Timeline:

Typically 2-3 business days post QC approval
If QC fails, the product will be shipped back to the customer without a refund.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for:

Size changes

Color changes (if available)
If the requested size or color is not available, the order will be refunded as per our standard refund process.
7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

After dispatch, cancellations are not permitted; however, a return can be initiated once the product is delivered.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item:

Please report it within 48 hours of delivery

Provide unboxing photos/videos and product images for verification

This helps us process your return quickly and is required by our logistics partners

1. The Company’s liability is strictly limited to the replacement or refund of the product as per this Policy.
