Returns, Refund or Replacement Policy

We want you to love what you purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
    • Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
    • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required.

Certain items such as innerwear, personal care products, customized/made-to-order items, and clearance sale products may not be eligible for return. These exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Return Process

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange for pickup (where available) or request you to ship the item back.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

Conditions for Replacement or Refund

1.       Mandatory Unboxing Video

a)       A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video of the package at the time of opening is compulsory.

b)      Requests without such proof will not be considered.

Refunds

  1. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  2. In case of Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
  3. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  1. We currently offer exchanges only for defective/damaged items or incorrect products received.
  2. If the exact item is not available, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Legal Disclaimer

1.       The Company’s liability is strictly limited to the replacement or refund of the product as per this Policy.

2.       The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of profits, opportunity, or goodwill.

3.       All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi, India, in accordance with the laws of India.

4.       Nothing in this Policy shall affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
